Jon Kovach has dedicated his career to supporting education in Los Angeles for 25 years. His experience includes serving as a classroom science teacher, department chair, instructional coach, and professional learning creator and facilitator. He has extensively provided adult learning opportunities across California through the California Science Project. In this capacity, he has held the position of Site Director at the University of California, Los Angeles and Irvine. Additionally, he serves as a training associate for Adaptive Schools at Thinking Collaborative, where he focuses on supporting systems and systems thinking within organizations.
